How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase market share for our respiratory products and services within the State market. This will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth through effective marketing, educational and promotional strategies.In addition to sales and business development responsibilities, the State Clinical Key Account Manager will also play a key role in providing clinical support and education internally and externally to healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers. This may involve conducting training sessions, participating in clinical trials, and staying up-to-date on the latest developments in respiratory therapy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide extensive training to key hospitals on product and service offering.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and the respiratory clinics to facilitate the patient pathway for long term domiciliary oxygen therapy.Participated in events, seminars, etc., to promote companyxe2x80x99s products and services and interact directly with healthcare professionals regarding our products and services.Collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure that all the stakeholders are kept abreast of the services of VitalAire.Arrange, coordinate and attend meetings across the provinces in South Africa. Oversee the quality reporting to the various clinical stakeholders.Identifying opportunities and setting up meetings with relevant stakeholders (key opinion leaders) with the aim to strengthen the relationship with VitalAire.To educate and inform the doctors and nurses about VitalAire services, products and equipment.Organize group training with doctors and nursing staff, and administration, regarding prescription, relevant documentation and patient pathway process. Monitoring of patient compliance and reporting back to the prescribing doctors.Conducting effective preparation for appointments and engaging in continuous research on customer needs and options, current market position, Industry opportunities and challenges.Develop and execute Value-based care models, pilots and clinical trials. Research international models and successes.Upskilling Clinical Sales Consultants on the latest clinical studies and market-related clinical trends.
