Job Description


We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Stock Control Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in stock control and a strong command of Excel and Google Docs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of stock control within a fast-paced environment, and will be willing to work overtime.If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily capture of stock received into the system.
  • Record internal stock movements and stock dispatched to teams and clients.
  • Assist with packing and distribution of warehouse stock.
  • Prepare stock for dispatch to teams as needed.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Update summaries of installations on WebApps & Odoo.
  • Assist field teams with stock requirements for projects.
  • Provide support to the DC Manager and Stock Control Administrator with various tasks.
  • Overtime may be required, including working two Saturdays per month.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Minimum of a matric certificate (Grade 12) with pure Mathematics (please attach your certificate with the application).
  • A diploma or certificate in logistics or a related field will be an advantage.
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in stock control or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Docs.
Skills and other requirements:
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
