DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

• To ensure effective stock control measures,
• Drive and manage our C&F admin and sales for our sub dealers
• Ensure all materials received are checked for quality treat any non-conformance according to the ISO procedure for returns.
• Responsible to handle all returns of consumables and materials.
• Responsible to accurately dispatch all stock.
• Report any low stock levels to member of management.
• Assist with conducting 2 stock takes during the year with minimum and acceptable variances.
• Abide by all safety regulation within the company.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is done accurately, captured timeously, or handed in accordingly.
• Ensure any stock discrepancies on the shelf are reported immediately to your supervisor.
• Assist with capturing of materials on SAP when required.
• Assist with inter - departmental transfers of materials when required.

• At least 3 years in a relevant production stores environment in the Agriculture industry
• National Senior Certificate
• SAP Experience
• Computer Literate.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and accountability in all aspects of the job.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
