Job Description
Our client is a dynamic and innovative agricultural business based in Stellenbosch, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to support agricultural excellence. They are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Stock Controller to join their team and manage their inventory processes effectively.Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Movements: Accurately account for all stock movements within the organization.
- Production Accounting: Manage and account for productions, investigating and resolving any identified errors.
- Sales Order Allocation: Efficiently allocate production runs to sales orders.
- Stock Hold-ups: Identify and clear stock hold-ups to ensure smooth operations.
- Stock Reconciliation: Reconcile stock takes performed to ERP system records and present necessary adjustments.
- ERP Maintenance: Maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) on the ERP system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Proven experience as a Stock Controller or in a similar role, preferably within the agricultural or fertilizer industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
