Responsibilities

• Ensure store opening and closing is done as per company policy.
• Conduct first and last patrol as set out by management.
• Performing surveillance of customers and employees as it relates to theft.
• Access control, always be aware of who is entering and exiting the store.
• Checking of disposed rubbish from the shop floor.
• Performing all other loss prevention and risk management duties as assigned to do by management.
• Ensure empty packets are disposed of and ensure only clear rubbish bags are used.
• Ensure rubbish removal is done as per company standard.
• Ensure a staff member is always assisting at the fitting room.
• Ensure fitting rooms are in line with company standard.
• Ensure tagging of merchandise is conducted as per company policy and procedure.
• Ensure EAS system is always activated and regularly tested.
• Re-act to EAS activations according to policy.
