We are looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Store Associate & Laser Engraving Specialist.

Job Summary:

As a Store Associate & Laser Engraving Specialist, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect watch, demonstrate the features of our products, and operate our laser engraving equipment to personalize watches with customer names and messages. Additionally, you will handle basic watch assembly tasks, including installing watch hands, batteries, and glass.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming environment. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches, offering product knowledge and recommendations. Demonstrate the features and benefits of our watch collections. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Operate laser engraving equipment to customize watches according to customer specifications (training provided). Ensure the accuracy and quality of engraved products. Perform basic watch assembly tasks, including installing watch hands, batteries, and glass. Maintain a clean and organized store, including product displays and inventory management. Process transactions and handle cash register operations. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Basic understanding of laser engraving equipment (training will be provided). Previous experience dealing with technical challenges is a plus. Ability to learn and perform basic watch assembly tasks (training will be provided). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliable and punctual. Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
