Store Manager- V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
MATERNITY LEAVE-FIXED TERM POSITION
We are looking for an experienced, well-spoken & vibrant STORE MANAGER with a passion for Retail and a Love for DENIM to join our team on a fixed term basis.
As a STORE MANAGER, you will be expected to:
Be highly motivated and target driven. Attain maximum sales of merchandise through add-on selling and multiple sales. Leading and working with the team to ensure a welcoming Retail environment for the customer. Assist customers with purchases through excellent product knowledge and service. Provide guidance to team members regarding visual merchandising & placement of new inputs on a weekly basis. Be aware of all promotions and brand advertising and being able to favorably promote these products. Assist with customer requests. Be an excellent communicator. Be a problem solver and solution seeker. Able to train & manage store teams. Reduce the risk of stock loss through weekly stock takes. Be admin driven with excellent stock management experience.
Please note: This is a fixed-term, temporary job position, as a stand-in to fulfill this role during the time which the current incumbent will be on maternity leave. This is not, and will not result in, permanent employment post the fixed-term period of employment.
