Our client in KwaZulu- Natal (Empangeni) is looking for a Store Manager to join their team in the Automotive industry.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Retail Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations to ensure sales targets are met, operational efficiencies are achieved, and quality standards are maintained.
Enhance Customer Experience: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to meet and exceed their expectations.
Inventory & Merchandising Management: Ensure stock availability, manage inventory, and develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales.
Store Security & Safety: Implement effective security measures to protect merchandise, and ensure a safe and clean environment for both customers and staff.
Financial Performance: Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, maximize profitability, and adjust strategies as needed.
Compliance & Health & Safety: Ensure all legal requirements and safety protocols are followed, promoting a safe and compliant workplace.
What Our Client is Looking For:
Educational Requirements: Minimum Matric/Grade 12 and a Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in retail sales and/or marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Financial Savvy: Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
