R10 000 - R15 000 per month based on experience Plus commission

A leading cellular company is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small cellular store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

3 - 5 years experience in management/leadership

Be able to work retail hours

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties:

Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new stock as needed.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to help them improve.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the mobile technology industry.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
