Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the fast food or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of business management, including financial principles.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

  • Training & Development: Train and develop staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging growth.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Implement and manage local marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
