Job Description
Our Client in the FMCG industry is currently looking for a Store Manager, in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-NatalResponsibilities:
- Customer Centricity, developing and delivering a service ethic culture in-store.
- In-store training and ongoing coaching.
- People Leadership and performance management including IPAs, one-on-ones and formal performance reviews.
- Delivery of targets in turnover, profitability, visual merchandise & control.
- Understand income statement and manage expenses.
- Deliver trading density, basket size targets and salary to sale ratios (staff planning)
- HR and IR responsibilities.
- Minimum 5 years retail experience.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience.
- Complete Matric/Grade 12.
- Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantage.
- Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of relevant Industrial Relations (IR) Law & initiate enquiries.
- Good understanding of the retail environment and brands.
- Administration and stock management.
- Stock management.
- Merchandising and housekeeping.
- In-Store Recruitment.
- R15 000 - R23 000 per month plus benefits.
