Our retail client is seeking dynamic Store Managers to lead their team and drive sales. If you have a passion for retail, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you! for their stores in the following areas:
Fourways, Rosebank, Eastgate, Sandton, VaalRequirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- A strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- High-energy, results-driven, and proactive in approach.
- Strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement efficient processes.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Maintain a customer-focused environment that drives engagement and satisfaction.
