As a Store Manager you must be motivated and dynamic with excellent people skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail. You must be able to effectively and efficiently head the store, manage the resources of the staff and ensure that the quality of workmanship and hygiene systems are in place, whilst maximizing profitability.
WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
Opening, Closing and Managing of the Store
Daily Stocktaking
Maintain a high level of customer service in store
Training Staff on existing and new Standard Operating Procedures
Ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained in the Store to maximize sales.
Conducting pre shift meetings in preparation for the day
Maintain high levels of Health & Hygiene practices in store
Monitor daily & monthly Budgets and drive team towards achieving targets.
Maintain Store and Operational equipment thought preventative maintenance measures.
Do daily administration as well as analyze trends and data of the store
Motivation of team
