Job Description
The store manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing staff performance, and achieving sales and profitability goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for beauty industry.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree/Diploma in business administration, management, or a related field. Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Knowledge of salon software and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft office is preferred. Strong admin acumen. Maintain all franchise agreements and protocols.
