Eastern Cape, Port ElizabethMonthly Cost To Company (Market related)One of Southern Africas largest retailers is looking to appoint an experienced Store Planner / Designer to join their team in Port Elizabeth.Requirements:
- Matric qualification is essential.
- Diploma in Interior Design or Architectural Draughting is preferred.
- AutoCAD experience and knowledge is essential.
- Understand the building environment and retail design sector.
- Well trained in Sketchup and Revit is essential.
- Knowledge of would be advantageous.
- Must be energetic and prepared to travel and work longer hours from time to timCoreIDrawe.
- Have technical drawing ability and the ability to work on multiple projects at any given time.
- Prepare initial brief document with relevant parties.
- Prepare as built plans and existing asset register.
- Onsite measurement of existing structures.
- Prepare new and existing store layout plans.
- Prepare full pack of working drawings for issue to site.
- Research and Developments on new trends, equipment, and specifications.
- Manage and document relevant information through administrative procedures.
- Prepare detailed presentations for interior design aesthetics 3D.
- Work in a team environment to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Compile store photos of existing and new stores.
- Aptitude of space planning.
- Liaise with internal stakeholder per project.
