Job Description

Our client in the Retail Industry requires the services of a Store Replenisher to analyse data and providing integrated and accurate feedback.Key performance areas:

• Meet or exceed KPIs through proactive planning and timeous execution
• Analysing inventory to increase or decrease forecast-based inventory levels
• Support advertising efforts by assuring 100% stock availability on shelf
• Leverage supply chain strategy to optimize sales and inventory effectiveness on a SKU level
• Strategy adjustments to align with divisional and regional teams
• Data tracking, monitoring and analysis
• Internal and external stakeholder management, including presenting and reporting on strategy
• Strategy adjustments to align with divisional and regional teams
• Fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and customer service
• Develop and maintain Weekly KPI and Ad-hoc reports
• Demonstrate collaborative approach to solve issues and strategically design joint action plans

The successful candidate must have:

• Matric with a relevant degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics or related
• Minimum of 2 years retail or operational experience
• Knowledge of the functions that support supply chain will be an advantage
• Excellent computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience using SAP and JDA Blue Yonder will be advantageous
• Knowledge of FMCG / perishables stock handling principles (includes cold chain)
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
