Job Description
The Store Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, manage and motivate the sales team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining store standards, achieving sales targets, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate store staff, providing training and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales and achieve targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain and enhance store presentation, including visual merchandising and ensuring that displays are appealing and on-brand.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory replenishment, and ensure accurate stock control and reporting.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Team Development: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support staff development and career growth.
