:THE JOB AT A GLANCE:Contract Duration: Permanent/ Months
- Managing inbound inventory (Raw material and packaging) 274 Sku;
- Managing outbound inventory and ensuring safety of (Finish goods);
- Performing interorganisational transfers for co-packers;
- Managing the flow of returnable pallet, drums and shippers;
- Ordering Chep equipment's (pallet and flow bins);
- Conducting monthly chep equipment audit and managing the level of stock to reduce daily rental charges;
- Reconcilling Chep account;
- Managing the issuing and returning of materials to production and dairy production jobs close out and reconciliation.
- Receives plan and call off the materials from suppliers;
- Communicating with suppliers to schedule and expedite deliveries;
- Running monthly expired lots report and follow up on required action plans.
- Running daily QC report and action as required.
- Ensuring that FIFO and FEFO is adhered to;
- Preparing and Conduct monthly stock count and cycle counts
- Lead stock takes and ensure adherence to policy.
- Lead stock take variances investigations and close on root causes.
- Lead MECP initiatives
- (E.g. Matric or equivalent)
- A minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG)
