To maintain sufficient maintenance stocks in accordance with the maintenance department requirements and standards. Ordering and receiving of goods.

Ensure that all materials are available and issued as per maintenance requirements.
Stock levels are maintained in accordance with specifications.
Stock losses/shrinkages are eliminated.
Redundant stock prevented.
Receiving and issuing of spares.
Issuing out of tools and equipment.
Stock control records are maintained as per company standards.
Monthly stocktake of spares.
Maintain tools on loan register.
Housekeeping of the Store.
Manage stock take - Weekly and end of month.
Maintaining of budget.
Getting the service and quality from Service providers.

Qualification Requirements

Food safety knowledge.
Safe working practices.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office with a strong excel knowledge, experience on Cworks will be an added advantage.
Good management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Planning and organising skills.
Accuracy and high level of attention to detail.
Problem solving.
Numerical ability.
Experience in Invocom Facilitator (added advantage).
Stock rotation.
