Storeman/logistics Coordinator
Job Description
An Electronic equipment organisation in the Mining industry has a vacancy for a Storeman/Logistics Coordinator.Inventory Management.Oversee the store and warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting and recording incoming goods.Organise and maintain inventory and accurate stock levels.Optimise storage space.Logistics coordination, including transportation, shipping and delivery.Liaise with Suppliers, shippers and internal teams.Dispatch and receiving, including packaging, labeling and invoicing.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Lead and supervise a team of store or warehouse staff.Deliver exceptional customer service.Ensure compliance to safety standards and legal requirements.Vendor management.Risk managment.Matric.A relevant qualification.Minimum 3 years experience in inventory, warehousing, stores and logistics.Valid drivers licence.Excellent communication skills.Computer literate.Must be able to lift and move heavy items.Self motivated and have attention to detail.Must be able to multitask.
