Compare invoices to items actually received to ensure that the items match invoice:
All incoming stock to be recorded and captured electronically on SYSPRO to the relevant departments
Printing of all usages, keeping record of daily usages issued on excel
Posting of transfers, after comparing received stock with transfer slips;
Follow up on outstanding orders and shortages
Swopping out of spares/stock
All issuing of stock, equipment, tools etc must be recorded:
All stock issued to technicians must be recorded and transferred to the respective locations
All loan stock to be recorded and followed up on when it will be returned:
Daily checks of spare bins to ensure there is enough stock:
Plan and prepare monthly forecasts to ensure sufficient stock is ordered for the following month as well as Technical Coordinator forecast
Ordering of stock weekly and monthly:
High value stock to be counted monthly
Monthly stock takes
Deliveries to be recorded and delivery sheets to be displayed on each item/box
Order and authorisation of PC Hardware:
Organising stock on shelves and bins with correct bin code and descriptions
Placing of stock in correct areas for ongoing projects
Any discrepancies to be reported to direct supervisor
Housekeeping
General office administration duties; filling, photocopying
Obeying by the health and safety rules and regulations
