Logistics/ Material Management Qualification or related
5 + years of Materials Management or relevant experience
Proven track record in stock analysis and management
Responsibilities
Strategic operational processes and SAP system controller by identifying needed systems and process improvements, streamlining, developing, planning and implementing processes/procedures within the whole Supply Chain Management team including the external linking department/s
Management of all compliance rules and regulations in all aspects of the supply chain including external linking departments Assist with processes relevant to various country legislation where the Company has customers and trades by further escalating findings to the HOD and/or the local Compliance Officer
Liaise with all relevant internal colleagues, departments and subsidiaries regarding Strategic Purchasing, Material Management and Operations initiatives, functions and support requirements
Identifying and constantly analyzing the processes and procedures streamlining for effectiveness, focusing on cost savings and improving efficiencies, both internally and externally and documenting all requirements within the processes and procedures
Assist with stock take reconciliation and SAP adjustments when required and authorized to do so
Monitor open sales orders, shutdowns, Analysis of Customer/Distributor SLAs and stocking requirements/forecasting
