• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in strategy and operations management, preferably in the fintech or stablecoin industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of our clients strategic plans, aligning operational activities with long-term business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day Marketing operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and the seamless execution of processes across various departments.
• Collaborate with different teams, including marketing, finance, technology, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving organizational objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing changes to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational processes and track progress against strategic goals.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the establishment and management of long lasting and successful partnerships
• Identify and assess operational risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks and enhance the resilience of operations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making and support the on/off-ramp platforms competitive positioning.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment with our clients strategic vision.
