Structural EngineerExperience:3+ years in Structural design environment in Building industry.Roofing experience will be a plus or have been previously involved on projects where gang nail or ultra span trusses were utilized.Ability to work cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Experienced in influencing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders at all levels in an organisation to maximise business impact.Top Functional/Technical Competencies requiredIdentify opportunities and successfully pursue for the sales growth of MiTek in the region. Actively support customers and establish weekly, monthly reports. Collaborate with other team members to streamline customer experience.
