Job Summary Our client in Dubai is seeking a Structural Supervisor who is prepared to relocate and become part of their dynamic team.Applicants from Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal (Durban) and Limpopo are encouraged to apply.Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Registered with ECSA (Highly advantageous).
• 5-6 years relevant working experience within a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Work: Oversee the day-to-day activities of construction crews involved in building structural components, such as steel frameworks, concrete structures, and masonry.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that construction processes align with project plans and timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of structural work to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols on site to minimise risks and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during construction, including resolving conflicts or discrepancies in design or execution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, materials used, and any incidents that occur on site.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior staff and construction workers on best practices and safety measures.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact between site workers and management, ensuring clear communication regarding project progress and challenges.
