Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support and execute debt financing transactions, including market research, financial modeling, and feasibility analysis.
- Conduct initial credit and financial analysis to guide decision-making.
- Prepare and present transaction reports, credit papers, and financial analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout transactions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely internal reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure smooth transaction execution and ongoing engagement.
- Degree with strong academic background in finance (essential).
- Newly qualified CA(SA) or CFA Level 3 (preferred).
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis, modeling, and stakeholder communication (essential)
