- Master's degree in psychology with at least 5 years of experience working with people with disabilities in a teaching and learning environment within an institutional of higher learning
- Registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Psychometrist is essential
- To enhance access and participation of students with disabilities and facilitate the student's academic journey within Univen
- Referring students with disabilities to governmental medical facilities for the documentation of their disabilities
- To enhance orientation programs for the first entering student with other CHETL units
- The incumbents will also provide academic and social support to students with disabilities
- To conduct career guidance in special schools
- Preparation of learning materials for students with disabilities
- To arrange Mentors/Tutors (MENTUT) for academic support for students with disabilities
- Responsible for the arrangement of tests and exams, including tests written during weekends
