• Support the editorial process by: subediting commissioned and supplied copy into house style; thoroughly fact-checking copy; devising creative and engaging heads, sells and captions; and adding appropriate page furniture; some second reading to support the Chief Sub-Editor at busy times

xc2xb7 Ensure the accurate and thorough implementation of client amendmentsxc2xb7 Be aware of schedules to ensure deadlines are metEditorial Print Production

• Proofread and fact-check layouts continually to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Upload pages to client using the relevant CMS

Digital Production

• Sub content for email newsletters, social channels and blog posts, keeping SEO best practice in mind
• Build blog posts in the relevant CMS and resize images
• Repurpose magazine copy for use on the web
• Share email and online content creation/upload duties with the digital content producer

RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:

• Industry relevant qualification
• 4+ years' experience
• Experience publishing editorial content digitally and in print
• Proven ability to work on multiple multi-channel editorial projects simultaneously
• A passion for content publishing
• A working knowledge of digital publishing platforms
• Meticulous attention to detail.
