• 10+ years experience in IT industry
• 2+ years experience in Product Owner / Team lead environment
• Strong personality, pronounced communication- and problem-solving skills
• Leadership skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Business process-related and IT-technical understanding of product scope (including operational know-how).
• Competence in the conception of a product through to the definition and evaluation of requirements at user story level.
• Agile mindset and know-how (of agile processes and principles)
• Management, Stakeholder and escalation competence.
• Planning ability (business and financial) and competence in problem solving
• Decision-making ability for prioritization
• Problem solving capabilities
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Strong IT know how in IT infrastructure, processes, and technologies.
• Be able to prioritise user stories as and when required to fulfil product needs
• 2+ Years experience working on international projects or assignments and/or additional general mixed experience in IT systems, infrastructure and application architectures and technologies e.g. Virtual Device Infrastructure, Operating Systems, Networks, Servers, Databases, Middleware and Connection Interfaces
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS

• Experience with cloud technologies and cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services)
• Experience in operation, maintenance of VDI technologies (Microsoft and VMware Horizon)
• Automated problem remediation
• Machine learning (ML) for data analytics
• Network troubleshooting skills
• Experience with cloud technologies and cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services)
• Experience in securing Cloud based applications and connectivity
• Experience with monitoring systems
• Hybrid network design and implementation
• Citrix SD-WAN Certified (CC-SDWAN)
• Understand Rest API technology

ROLE:

• Working closely with the myCollaboration Product Owner and the Line manager of the Workspace department to steer and support the feature team from a technical point of view.
• Manage a technical DevOps team in the Sub Product Owner role to fulfil the prioritised requirements of the Workspace domain using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with GROUP AG Business and IT Product Owners and colleagues across multiple products and countries.
• Be the first point of contact for product owners, developers, operations teams and testers regarding any queries relating to requirements and tech quality
• Guide the team on how to promote efficiency out of self-organized teams.
• Monitor team development progress and ensure that user stories are completed on time.
• Facilitate requirements clarification with business if needed.
• Support the DevOps teams if errors or issues arise and lead escalations.
• Ensure quality of agreed deliverables (Team-DoR/-DoD and Stakeholder-Requirements)
• Timely escalations of Sub Product risks to the Product Owners if timelines, deliverables or operational goals cannot be fulfilled
• Forecast and plan for resources, infrastructure and licenses for the team in coordination with the Product Owner and Line manager in charge.
• Assist to ensure stability of systems and adherence of the team to GROUP Groups Operations standards.
• Assist to maintain a stable Operations standby list for the team.
• Assist Product Owner in identifying tech resource gaps within the team.
• Assist Product Owner in identifying additional training required within the teams
• Mentor team
• Ensure quality and up to date content of the knowledge base for the sub-product
