#SUPERINTENDENT ENTERPRISE SYSTEMSIndustry: #MiningLocation: Northern CapeRemuneration R 800k xe2x80x93 R 1.5m paClosing Date: 4 JulyWIMKPAs:To ensure data integrity, interfacing and system continuity of company-wide systems to support the total value chain from the planning phase through the mining phase, production phase, load out and dispatches.To ensure integration between the production systems and the financial systems through effective planning, organizing and control in order to provide accurate business information regarding cost and statistical data used for e.g. improved decision making and business improvement through managing and tracking information and process performance and to ensure increase in productivity and quality of product, which includes:

• System management and optimization xe2x80xa2 Process management xe2x80xa2 Plant and mining system operations xe2x80xa2 Project management xe2x80xa2 Reporting and data integrity xe2x80xa2 Business information and dashboards xe2x80xa2 Customer and stakeholder relations xe2x80xa2 Staff supervision

REQUIREMENTS:

• B Degree (NQF Level 7) in IT / MIS / Business systems or equivalent
• Certificate in Supervisory / Management (Recommended)
• Min 5 years IT systems / data analysis / systems management / systems integration experience
• Min 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an open cast mining industry
• Min 2 years Supervisory / Management stakeholder relations experience
• Intermediate user of Mine planning packages, MineStar, MineSuite, SCADA, QMaster, JDE, SQL, DB Scripts and information structure xe2x80xa2 Process knowledge and Management skills
