This is a fixed-term position.If contracts are renewed, it is done annuallyThe incumbents responsibilities will include, amongst others, the following:xc2xb7 To coordinate training for all Nkomati employees and to capture, update, and retrieve information on training done from an LMS system, which includes but is not limited to:1. Training coordination2. Information and document control3. Invoicingxc2xb7 Maintenance of the HR Information System.xc2xb7 Conducting Systems Audits, including Audits on Payroll vs. HR Information Systems (HRIS), compliance of all contractor companies with the regulations of the department of labourxc2xb7 Maintenance of Employee Personal files.xc2xb7 Compiling weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.xc2xb7 Providing relevant information per requests received from internal and external customers.xc2xb7 Facilitate, administer, and conduct the engagement process from advertising, recruiting, onboarding and settling in.xc2xb7 Facilitate, administer, and conduct the termination processxc2xb7 Administer Recruitment Travel Claimsxc2xb7 Administer Movements, Acting Allowances and promotionsxc2xb7 Monthly submission of payroll-related informationxc2xb7 Coordinate Relocation of new engagements.xc2xb7 Safety awareness and ensuring the working area and equipment are clean, safe, and in good working condition at all times.xc2xb7 Ensure and comply with safety standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.xc2xb7 Dealing with disciplinary and grievance procedures for all employees.xc2xb7 Managing the human resources portion of employee wellness.xc2xb7 It is essential to note that Nkomati Mine is under care and maintenance with a small staff complement, and human resources staff must carry out the full range of related activities at all levels.The following qualifications and experience are considered essential for this position:xc2xb7 Grade 12/Standard 10xc2xb7 National Diploma or relevant qualification NQF Level 6/Degree in Human Resourcesxc2xb7 Computer Literacyo All MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)o Knowledge of and experience with human resources management systems like Oracle, Sage VIP, Talenger, or SAPxc2xb7 Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience covering employee relations, human resources administration, and people development, of which three must have been on a senior human resources officer or superintendent level.The following qualifications and experience would be advantageousl:xc2xb7 National Certificate OD ETD Practitioner NQF 5xc2xb7 Certificate in Assessor Trainingxc2xb7 Certificate in Facilitationxc2xb7 Certification as Moderator
