Job Description

To ensure the optimisation of operational systems (production and fatigue) and services, to assist in the achievement of production targets and improving business performance, which include but not limited to:POSITION INFO:

• Operations management
• SHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of work
• Contractor management
• Budget and cost control
• People leadership
• Continuous improvement
• Work ethics

QUALIFICATIONS(Essential unless otherwise indicated)

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Mininng

/ Industrial Engineering/ Mine Surveying/ Geology * Degree or B. Tech Degree (NQF Level 7) in Mining Engineering Inductrial Engineering/ Mine Surveying/ Geology (Recommendend)

• Supervisory Certificate (NQF Level 4 - 150 credits) (Recommendend)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS(Essential unless otherwise indicated)

• Medically fit
• Driver''s license

EXPERIENCE(Essential unless otherwise indicated)

• Minimum of five (5) years operational production management/ fleet management systems experience
• Mininmum of one year operational exposure to at least one of the following: SQL/ Visual Basic or similar coding.
• Minimum of two years operational ERP/ Systems experience with background in data structures.
• Minimum of one year First Line Supervisory/ Project Leader
