Job Description
Purpose of the position:
Co-coordinating tailings storage facility (TSF) infrastructure .
Aligning all resources to ensure metallurgical performance of the plant.
Tailings dam legal compliance , achieving long term financial sustainability and reliability of the (TSF).Position: Superintendent Rehabilitation.
Industry: Mining Industry.
Location: Phalaborwa, Limpopo South Africa.
Salary: Market related.Qualifications:
- BSc / BTech Engineering ONLY ( Extraction Metallurgical/Civil/ Hydrology) disciplines, will be considered.
- Manage Development certificate will be an advantage.
- 5 years plus experience in Tailing Storage Facilities(TSF) in an extraction/production industry( mining/chemical).
- Governance & Management of Operations: Managing and leading/ directing the organisational operations.
- Communication of Engagement of Stakeholders; Engaging customers and stakeholders (Internal and External).
- Leading and Management of Human Resources.
- Record Management and Reporting.
- Budgeting and Management of Financial Resources.
- Compliance to SHREQ Standards.
- Support production and Maintenance Processes.
