RPO Recruitment's client in the mining industry is currently seeking a Superintendent Technical Trainer to join their team in the Northern Cape. As the Superintendent Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing employees within the technical field to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical training programs to employees
• Assess training needs and create training plans
• Monitor and track training progress and effectiveness
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and trainees
• Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Maintain training records and documentation
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements

Requirements

• Diploma in Education Training and Development Practices or a Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree Industrial Psychology/ Human Resources Development / Human Resources
• Blasting Certificate / Trade Certificate
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• 4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Human Resources operations in training and development
• 3 yearsxe2x80x99 Facilitation, monitoring and reviewing experience
• 2 Yearsxe2x80x99 Management Experience
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in the technical field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the mining industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
