Job Description
Position: Supervisor - Assembly Line (Electric Motor Repairs)
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for our assembly line, primarily focusing on the repair of electric motors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the electromechanical field.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide a team of fitters on the assembly line Plan, motivate, and ensure the team operates efficiently and productively Oversee the repair process of electric motors, ensuring quality standards are met
Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate (or equivalent) N5 or N6 qualification in the electromechanical field At least 10 years of experience in the electromechanical industry
