Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
• Train, manage, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as needed.
• Interact with clients and customers to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Organize and oversee special events and promotions to attract and retain customers.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffee shop.

• Matric
• Certification in hospitality or management is a plus.
