Job Summary Superintendent Enterprise Systems/IT Role KHUMANI VACANCY Northern Cape To ensure data integrity, interfacing and system continuity of company-wide systems to support the total value chain from the planning phase through the mining phase, production phase, load out and dispatches. To ensure integration between the production systems and the financial systems through effective planning, organizing and control in order to provide accurate business information regarding cost and statistical data used for e.g. improved decision making and business improvement through managing and tracking information and process performance and to ensure increase in productivity and quality of product, which includes but not limited to: System management and optimization Process management Plant and mining system operations Project management Reporting and data integrity Business information and dashboards Customer and stakeholder relations Staff supervision SHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of work OTHER REQUIREMENTS Medically fit Meet required medical fitness standards Drivers license Valid Code B/EB driver''s license QUALIFICATIONS (Essential unless otherwise indicated) B Degree / BTech Degree (NQF Level 7 360 credits) in IT / MIS / Business systems or equivalent Certificate in Supervisory / Management / ARM or equivalent (NQF Level 4 150 credits) Recommended EXPERIENCE (Essential unless otherwise indicated) Minimum of five (5) years operational IT systems / data analysis / systems management / systems integration experience Minimum of two (2) years operational open cast mining industry experience Minimum of two (2) years operational Supervisory / Management stakeholder relations experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Computer literacy Advance user of MS Office, Intermediate user of Mine planning packages, MineStar, MineSuite, SCADA, QMaster, JDE, SQL, DB Scripts and information structureBelmar PersonnelRecruiter
