To be responsible for assisting the staff and manager staff Key Responsibility Areas
Managing and supervising the museum shops
Developing plans by meeting with staff and writing reports
Ensuring approved plans are carried out
Conducting regular marketing initiative and programmes in all shops
Assisting with the branch and marketing
Seeking and developing sources of unique and appropriate objects which are to be sold and
developed
Developing and advising on pricing, sales and shop management policies and to check that
correct ticketing is carries out on all items
Setup remote selling points
Ensuring that all legislation, systems and procedures associated with the control of stock,
audit procedures, sales of items, control of cash, banking etc
Conducting pre banking cash audits for other sites
Controls the pretty cash float

Essential Requirements
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in Financial Management or Supply
Chain Management or any other related and equivalent certificate.
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
3 Years relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements
Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Financial Management or Supply Chain Management or any other
related and equivalent qualification.
4 Years relevant experience.
