KEY EXPECTATIONS AND DELIVERABLES OF THE ROLEThe Purpose of the RoleThe individual in the role will assist the Manager: Sponsorships in driving the Companys sponsorship strategies and the portfolio of sponsorship broadcasts. The individual in the role is also responsible for identifying and pursuing potential sponsors through targeted research efforts. The individual in the role is expected to collaborate closely with the internal teams to plan, forge partnerships, and execute the sponsorship acquisition strategy. Moreover, they will manage sponsor accounts, serving as the primary liaison between sponsors and the organisation.Key DeliverablesSpecific Tasks and OutcomesSponsorship AgreementsDrafting sponsorship and broadcast agreements including but not limited to competition terms and conditions.Facilitating the administration of all sponsorship agreements and any extensions thereof.Crafting official responses to sponsors' dissatisfaction with sponsorship agreements.Managing official responses to unfulfilled deliverables of all sponsorship related agreementsSponsorship AdministrationDeveloping sponsorship strategies and proposals with insights from market research, portfolio gap analysis and overall strategies.Evaluating how technology trends can be used to improve revenue, productivity and innovation.Identifying potential sponsors to support new sponsorships for the organisation.Managing onboarding of new sponsors.Recommending improvements for future sponsorship partnerships to achieve better outcomes for sponsors.Implementing and reporting on all in-content find and replace and snap-e campaigns.Updating the Sales Team on any programme changes/ updates on all eMedia platforms.Sponsorship BillingsLiasing with the Sponsorship Coordinators on all sponsorship contracts and assisting with monthly billing reports.Sponsorship Post Campaign and Case StudiesWorking closely with Marketing Intelligence Specialists and Account Executives on the Post Campaign process of all sponsorship campaigns.Proposing sponsorship performance metrics and key performance indicators.eMagine AdministrationReviewing terms of sponsorships including but not limited to eMagine productions to ensure they are financially viable.Assisting the Producers in the execution of all productions, as and when required to do so.Assisting in ensuring that all administrative tasks are up to date (e.g: FCC sheets, music cue sheets, promo FCC sheets for all productions).Ensuring that all production jobs are billed correctly and on time.Key Performance IndicatorsPerformance CriteriaKey Performance Indicator 1Compiling of all agreements between eMedia, Sponsors and Agencies (sponsorships, advertiser funded programmes, on-air competitions) within [timeframe].Ensuring that agreements are signed off by all parties.Ensuring that all agreements are filed and made available as and when required.Key Performance Indicator 2Working closely with the Sales Team to develop sponsorship revenue strategies with insights from market research, portfolio gap analysis and overall strategies.Acting as a liaison between eMedia Internal departments, Production houses and advertisers on any and all sponsorship projects.Key Performance Indicator 3Ensuring that all monthly sponsorship and production revenue billing is accurate.Attending to any and all billing queries within [timeframe].Ensuring that all monthly billings reflect as per signed agreement.Key Performance Indicator 4Working closely with eMedia Account Executive and Marketing Intelligence Specialists on all sponsorship post campaigns.Developing post campaign templates for various sponsorship campaigns.Proposing sponsorship performance metrics and key performance indicators and recommend improvements for future sponsorships partnerships to achieve better outcomes for sponsors.Key Performance Indicator 5Assisting the Producers in the execution of all productions, as and when required to do so.Assisting in ensuring that all administrative tasks are up to date (e.g: FCC sheets, music cue sheets, promo FCC sheets for all productions).Ensuring that all production jobs are billed correctly and on time.A National Diploma within Advertising and/or SalesA minimum of 2-3 years experience within Advertising and/or SalesA minimum of 4 years experience within a Supervisory role
