As a master communicator, you will clearly convey goals, feedback, reports, and expectations. We engage positively with internal and external partners, operating with the highest level of ethics and integrity. You should have a strong understanding of finance, analytics, and business principles, as well as knowledge of Operations Supplier Data Collection standards, procurement principles, and compliance legislation.Purpose: We support and facilitate the procurement of Operations Data Collection Field Work Suppliers. This includes vetting, onboarding, monitoring, auditing, and leading Supplier performance. We handle Supplier relationships, maintain commercial targets, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead supplier evaluation, registration, accreditation, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Finalize Supplier contracts and monitor performance to ensure compliance with company standards and regional regulations.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for Suppliers.
  • Compile reports on cost efficiencies, SLA compliance, and quality standards.
  • Provide business support across teams and drive continuous improvement in Supplier performance.
Proficiency in Supplier Management processes and compliance regulations, paired with the capability to effectively engage with executive-level management, are highly sought after. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are important. Proficiency in auditing, monitoring, and reporting on Supplier performance, as well as validated organizational and project management skills, are required. Strong commercial and financial foresight is a must.Required Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years in Market Research Operations and 5 years in Supplier Management or Compliance is required.
  • Experience in Middle East and Africa markets is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Supplier evaluation, auditing, and accreditation processes is essential
Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors degree in commerce or business administration is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to work with a remote team and adjust schedule as needed are crucial.
  • High level of attention to detail and conflict resolution skills are also required.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of ISO 20252 compliance regulations and the ability to understand legal and commercial business aspects are desired.
