Job Description

This admin support position will suit a candidate with previous experience in a supply chain environment. This position ensure the maintenance of record keeping, coordination of vendors, suppliers and ensuring documentation are filtered through the channels.

Key duties included:



Data Management Maintain up-to-date supply chain records, invoices, and purchase orders. Generate reports on supply chain performance Identify areas for improvement. Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure that all supply chain activities are compliant with company policies Monitor the quality of goods received. Process Improvement Continuously assess the supply chain

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills to address supply chain challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
