Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst uses data and analytical skills to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's supply chain. They are essential for identifying areas for improvement, optimizing processes, and reducing costs. Key focus areas include order management and stock control.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
3 Year Diploma / bachelor's degree in commerce or Logistics, supply chain or equivalent Formal MS Excel software training is an advantage. 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience Automotive and Dealership experience is desired but not essential
Issue daily / weekly / monthly reports on a timely basis - Stocking opportunities and stocking efficiencies, etc. Maintain the Order Rendition / Arrival Dashboard in cooperation with GBS. Ensure data is accurate and up to date Managing all aspects of the order bank - Inventory management Full responsibility for monthly order cancellations Liaise with source plants to ensure order fulfilment to requirements Stock Ageing management Managing OTD logistics (from source plants to Dealer delivery) in conjunction with MP&L and logistics providers. * Production / Shipping / Arrival / Stock Management
