Job Description
Purpose of the Role:The Supply Chain Controller is responsible for order placement, customs clearance and delivery, and landed cost tracking. - BCom Logistics/Supply Chain degree.
- 2-3 years experience in a supply chain environment.
- Detail-oriented.
- Passion for supply chain management.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and develop practical solutions to resolve them.
- Negotiation: Skills to negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, technologies, and organisational needs.
