Job Description
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Lead the production planning process to ensure efficient use of raw materials, packaging & labour, with a focus on meeting production deadlines.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet production schedules.
- Establish and maintain a list of preferred suppliers
- Management of Inventory & Materials
- Overseeing the logistics process for raw material procurement, packaging supplies & finished goods distribution
- Cost & Management optimization
- Ensuring compliance and quality control
- Lead, mentor & develop the supply chain & logistics teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work well in a pressurised environment
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
