Supply Chain & Costing Specialist Pharma / Health Care (POS25053)MidrandR 1 mill per annumJob Purpose:Plan and co-ordinate all financial matters within the Supply Chain Department to meet company objectives in terms of profitability, cost maintenance, product costing (new and old products), supply chain financial budgeting, reporting and projects ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of data for the optimum functional ability of the purpose which will enable the desired measurements and benefits of these activities to be achieved. Assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models.Requirements:xc2xb7 Relevant Degree Supply Chain and or Cost Managementxc2xb7 5 years experience in Supply Chain and Cost managementxc2xb7 Must be from Pharmaceutical / Medical / Healthcare industry (IMPORTANT)xc2xb7 Excellent understanding of Supply Chainxc2xb7 Financial understanding of Oracle and bill of materials (BOMs)xc2xb7 Oracle experienceDuties:xc2xb7 Set up annual / monthly Oracle costing system.xc2xb7 Oracle Cost Maintenance for OTC Third Party suppliersxc2xb7 Annual cost of goods (COG) Budgeting Process.xc2xb7 Ad hoc customer project tasks, including manual costings, tender submissions, reports, analyses etcxc2xb7 Costing/inventory valuation compliance interaction with external and internal Auditorsxc2xb7 Month End reporting - Exchange rate effect on third party products, sales versus forecast analysis, value streams, Stock days forecast method, return material advise (RMA) analysis, Cost savings, Cost master, supply cost management (SCM) dashboard, 3-year sales value/quantity by product.
