• Policy Management: Develop, review, and maintain insurance policies to ensure comprehensive coverage and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Claims Handling: Manage the claims process from filing to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate communication with insurers, adjusters, and stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and report on insurance-related metrics, trends, and loss ratios to support decision-making and improve risk management strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, insurers, and external partners to optimize insurance coverage and minimize risk exposure.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in insurance or risk management are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in insurance, risk management, or supply chain logistics, with a focus on insurance operations.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations, particularly as they apply to supply chain and logistics.
