12 Months limited contract with 6 months probationResponsibilities
Supporting the Regional/International Sales Manager in his selling activities
Freight calculation and brokerage
Entering, processing and billing of customer orders
Ensuring the execution and dispatch of orders on schedule (in coordination with logistics and customers)
Customer interaction with regards to order processing and dispatch
Customer and other IT data maintenance in the various system platforms
Document filing and administrative as well secretarial tasks in the internal sales office
Qualifications
Matric
Relevant Tertiary Education is an advantage
Sales or Admin experience is an advantage
Excellent English skills, Afrikaans is an advantage
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer facing environment
Ability to organize, prioritize and effectively multi-task daily and meet deadlines
Assertive, confident and clear communicator - via e-mail, phone and face-to-face
Highly proficient with desktop applications such as Adobe Acrobat Professional, MS Office, and Internet Explorer including an ability to learn new IT systems
Must have valid state drivers license
