Job Description
A leading company is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Kempton Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing supply chain processes, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless procurement and distribution operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Analyse supply chain data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Qualification: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a supply chain or logistics role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
