This role is based in the Johannesburg office.Position Overview:The 1st Line Support Analysts primary function is to be the face of the company so that anyone who calls in needing assistance or advice can speak to and receive friendly help.The purpose of this Support position is to provide telephonic and email support for our client base and for consumers in general.This is a full-time position. This role is based in the Johannesburg office.Responsibilities:This role specifically relates to the TPN product suite. As a Client Support Analyst with the MRI Software Client Support team, you will have the opportunity to analyse complex software issues, engage with our client base, and provide an incredible client experience every day. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for a broad variety of clients from financial and property management institutions, schools, and other businesses, assisting with a wide range of questions and issues.
