The Support Desk supports the larger SanlamConnect channels with technical problem-solving related to Sanlam supported commercial software and sales/advice packages. Primarily incoming telephonic support is given to Sanlam Brokers, Advisors, and administration staff, utilizing these packages/software. The person must have technical knowledge, experience, and knowledge of the Advice tools (software). The administration tasks require an absolute commitment for flawless execution.What will make you successful in this role?
